The end of the beginning – Tell us what you think

It is now ten months since Heygo ceased its operations – and we are still here.  Together we have found a way to begin building a future for virtual travel.

At first that was just keeping us all together, and keeping you updated about how you could find out about tours.  We are really proud of what we achieved in the first eight months, providing a free service for all the guides that wanted it and keeping the service subscription free for voyagers.

But your feedback in our surveys made it clear that you wanted more.  You valued how easy Heygo had made it all, so making it easier to use became our focus.  We had very limited funds to invest, but we think we have made it go a long way.  We believe that we have created a good product, but now we need to know what you think.  We want to know what you like and where things could be better.

We can’t promise that we will be able to implement your suggestions at this stage, but knowing how we can make things easier will be essential to inform our thinking going forward.  We want to hear from everyone, whether you use the site every day or only occasionally.  We especially want to hear from people who might have been put off using the site, so that we can understand the reasons.
