Making promotional videos is a proven method for building anticipation, attendance numbers and income from your tours.
Both our monthly membership and Pay as You Go packages enable you to create and submit video previews. When you purchase a tour package from Together Virtually you will be given an order number. You will need to note this order number.
Video preview guidelines
Video previews are created by the guide content creator. They must follow the site rules for appropriate content and meet the following criteria
- Videos should be shot in landscape mode
- Length of videos should be between 15 and 40 seconds
- Videos should be uploaded to YouTube
- Videos should play at a minimum 720p
- Video previews should be submitted a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the start time for social media promotion
- Video previews should be submitted a minimum of 7 days in advance of the start time for inclusion in the newsletter (generally goes out on Fridays)
