I am Paul James Stewart, and for the last 7 years I have been working as a Tour Guide, Tour Leader and Virtual Tour Guide. During that period I worked for 5 years with a Social Enterprise who trains people affected by homelessness to become walking tour guides. I am a Jacobite (a supporter of King James Stewart and Bonnie Prince Charlie - Jacob is latin for James) and a supporter of Mary, Queen of Scots, so what better way to tour Scotland than with a Jacobite? Being a Tour Guide comes with great responsibility, and it is my job to find out the truth behind the myths and legends of Edinburgh and Scotland, and I like to tell you the good and the bad, and indeed sometimes the ugly on my tours. I try to make my tours light-hearted and keep them as positive as possible, but still telling some of the realities of life in Edinburgh.
